("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Digital products are also governed by the Toolkit License & Refund Terms.

2. Information only; no advice

The Service provides general information only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, medical, insurance or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created. Content may be outdated or inaccurate. You must verify information with official sources and qualified professionals before acting. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe or buy. You are responsible for keeping the information you give us accurate, and for any login credentials.

4. Newsletter

The newsletter is free unless stated otherwise. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail. We may change, pause or discontinue the newsletter or any part of the Service at any time. Where you have paid for something, mandatory consumer rights still apply.

5. Intellectual property

All Content is owned by Valitron AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the Content and share links to it, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing, reselling, scraping, systematic copying, or using Content to train AI models is not permitted without our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not: - break the law; - attempt unauthorised access; - distribute malware; - send spam; - impersonate others; - submit content that infringes rights or is unlawful.

If you send us comments, questions or testimonials, you allow us to publish them in anonymised or edited form. We will not publish your name without your permission.

7. Third-party links, affiliates and services

The Service links to third-party sites and may include affiliate links and sponsored content (see the Affiliate Disclosure). Any purchase you make from a third party is a contract between you and that third party. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for third-party products, services, content or conduct. Payments for our own products are processed by our reseller and merchant of record (currently Lemon Squeezy), under its own buyer terms.

8. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free availability. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valitron AB, its directors, employees, contractors and authors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service or the Content, or any reliance on them. This includes, without limitation: - indirect or consequential loss; - loss of profit, income, savings, data or opportunity; - refused, delayed or cancelled visas or permits; - immigration penalties; - tax assessments, interest or penalties; - uninsured medical or other costs; - losses caused by third parties.

9.2 Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) SEK 500.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits: - (a) liability for intent (uppsåt) or gross negligence (grov vårdslöshet); - (b) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; - (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; - (d) your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of Sweden or of your country of residence.

10. Indemnity

If you are acting as a business (not as a consumer), you agree to indemnify Valitron AB against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Content.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter or on the site. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

12.2 Disputes shall be settled by the Swedish general courts, with the district court (tingsrätt) for Valitron AB's registered office as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right.

12.3 Consumer dispute resolution: if you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor operating the Service.
